What does it mean to retreat?
With 10 years of experience in retreats and 16 years of teaching under our belt, you can rest assured that you are in capable hands. Witnessing a group evolve and change throughout the weekend brings us immense joy.
Venues
The venues we have chosen are perfect for Yoga, Rest & Relaxation. Going on a retreat is a very special time completely dedicated to your self. Re-treating from the everyday hussle of life and reconnecting to our true nature.
Food
One of the highlights of a Yoga Retreat is the delightful vegetarian cuisine. There's no need to worry about cooking all weekend—what a luxury! The retreat provides all meals and refreshments throughout the weekend. We also accommodate Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Coeliac dietary requirements.
FAQs
Do I need to be flexible? Not at all Yoga does not require flexibility! Is experience necessary? No, but you should have attended some Yoga classes before and have a basic understanding of the practice. Beginners are welcome!
I'm worried about how much physical practice there is? There's no need to worry; our practice isn't limited to physical Yoga. We also engage in Meditation, Mantra, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. Everyone works to their own ability.
I don't know anyone! Yoga retreats are non-judgmental and extremely friendly. You'll make friends during the journey.
Will there be sufficient food? Absolutely! We enjoy a tasty and diverse vegetarian menu.
What will I learn? What you will learn is entirely up to you! If you choose to delve deeper, you will emerge with a more profound understanding of yourSELF.
Your teacher I've been teaching for 16 years and have been sharing Yoga Retreats for 10 years in the UK & Spain.I enjoy watching a group grow and transform over the course of the weekend. We get to delve deeper into our physical practice but also deeper into our mental patterns/grooves which help us gain more understanding of our lives and about ourselves.
Going on a retreat is a very special time completely dedicated to your self. Re-treating from the everyday hustle of life and reconnecting to our true nature.
Students always go home with a deeper connection to themselves, their bodies and a positive sense of wellbeing. It's a whole body/mind reset.
Payment
After the initial deposit, you will pay 3 stage payments with the full payment being made 10 weeks before the retreat. We also offer monthly payments too. Please note once the payments are made they are non-refundable.

Weekend Yoga Retreat in Suffolk 2025

Nestled in the stunning Suffolk countryside, our Yoga retreat features three beautiful barns for accommodation. The fully-equipped Yoga studio offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Encompassing five acres, the property boasts well-maintained gardens, manicured lawns, and paddocks.

Dropping into Autumn Ambiance
As we approach the darker half of the year, our bodies instinctively begin to slow down. The autumn and winter months serve as a period for physical and mental rest and recuperation. In the past, our ancestors had the opportunity to respect this natural downtime, using it as a moment to reflect, nurture, rest, and assimilate the summer's growth. However, today's relentless pace often demands that we continue to 'plough' on. Dedicate this weekend to yourself; immerse in the autumnal ambiance, take a moment to pause, breathe, and release.

Between sessions, you may walk, read, rest, or explore the local town.
I often hear concerns that there is so much yoga, but that's because there's a misconception that we're engaging in intense physical sessions, which is not the case.
Remember, Yoga is not solely a physical exercise; it encompasses Meditation, Mantra, and Breathing techniques as well.
The retreats are suitable for most individuals, including beginners. As long as you have some experience with Yoga, you are very welcome to join (been to at least 4 or 5 classes). If you have any serious health concerns, please consult with me before making a booking.

Nestling in three acres of private grounds, The Farmhouse is just a short walk from the beach set in a stunning location.
Enjoy the wood fired hot tub, sauna, outdoor showers and full-sized grass volleyball court!
The Farmhouse has stunning views over farmland to the sea. You’re perfectly placed to explore the nearby Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, including salt marshes, sailing, bird and seal watching, coastal walks and many of Norfolk’s finest beaches.
The Farmhouse has been configured to provide us with a wide range of flexible communal spaces as well as luxury all en-suite accommodation
The venue features a 10-person sauna and a large wood-fired hot tub.
The Scandinavian cold water plunge tub is large enough to accommodate five guests.
The outdoor shower is built from a solid oak beam sourced from a refurbished French Chateau and provided a refreshing hot and cold experience.

Consistently, we release what no longer serves us and clear away barriers in harmony with the shifting seasons. Viewing each season's transition as an opportunity for renewal, this continual release allows us to let go, thus fostering our growth and transformation.

**Late Summer Retreat: Self-Care**
As we head into September and transition into the late summer season, we begin to prepare for the darker half of the year. The energy of summer is waning, giving way to a special time characterised by softer and more mellow qualities. There is a shift in emphasis from sun to moon, light to dark, action to contemplation, growth to dormancy and movement to stillness.
Now is a good time to pause after the growing season, reflect on how we feel, practice self care and appreciate that the great wheel has turned once again. This Yoga Retreat represents one last burst of sunshine—a time to celebrate the past season and enter the new one feeling replenished.
We will embark on a journey through the week with two yoga sessions each day. Our practice will begin with vibrant, solar techniques that honour the sun and light, gradually transitioning to stillness and meditation as we approach the Autumn Equinox and the coming darkness. By embracing the characteristics of each season, we can learn to appreciate what they bring and use this understanding to live a more aligned life with the natural world.
Pellion Retreat Centre is going to be a wonderful place to explore this theme surrounded by nature, mountains and the ocean.
You will also have the chance to visit the beautiful beaches of the area and practise Yoga in amazing surroundings.

Located right next to the retreat centre on the farm, is the large communal space where the retreat guests can relax and enjoy their meals (two meals a day, brunch and dinner) The dining area has a wrap around balcony, with stunning views overlooking the village of Agios Georgios, Pelion mountain and the sea below.
You can expect an infusion of delicious vegetarian & vegan dishes with a mouthwatering twist.
There will also be time for excursions to the beautiful beach, kayaking and local walks.
A £200 non-refundable deposit secures your place, with non-refundable stage payments. Full payment is due 10 weeks before the retreat begins.
We can offer monthly payments too (terms apply) once each payment is non-refundable.
