Spring Afternoon Retreat | Spring into Spring

Using the Power of Spring and its Yang energy to remove winter stagnation

Spring is a time for Growth, Yang energy, and Moving forwards. So using the power of Prana – life force, intake, inspiration, propulsion, forward momentum we will focus energy on things we want to grow.

As always let go of what isn’t serving us anymore and remove obstacles as we move with the seasons. Think of the changing of seasons as time for renewal, this constant shedding as the seasons change helps us to let go so we continue to grow and transform.

So why not Invest some time for your SELF…a whole day of raising our energy and vibration with voice, asana (postures), pranayama (breath), and the healing sound of the Gongs will leave you feeling uplifted and ready for the coming week.

Summer Afternoon Retreat | Mid-Summer Pause

Midsummer is a perfect opportunity for us to pause and evaluate where we are. How the year is progressing…how the seeds we have planted and the projects we have started are progressing.
This pause in the middle of our year is a time when we get to evaluate if we are moving in the right direction. Do our actions make us happy?

If spring is a time of optimism, then should summer be a time when our experience is like a bud waiting to open into a beautiful flower? Our autumn years are a time for beautiful colour and a tendency for earlier nights before a winter of quieter times and reflection.

This retreat day will include a vibrant morning followed by a relaxed and gentle afternoon practise, taking time to pause and honour the summer and its warmth. Finishing with a soothing Gong Bath

Autumn/Winter Day | Time to Reflect

The colder, darker half of the year is an ideal time for reflection on the past months and to release what no longer serves us. It's a period for turning inward, allowing ourselves to rest and digest, and to embrace this season, aiding our adjustment to it.

A gentle, flowing morning to ease out the week's tension, followed by deeply relaxing and restorative yoga, prepares the body and mind for a meditative Gong Bath.

An afternoon dedicated to nourishing the body, breath, and mind, providing a moment for self-inquiry and reflection.

Hopefully this afternoon will prepare us mentally and physically for the darker days ahead.
